The Winterbrook Estate has been a historical home to the Wolf family: they have been the only owners since it was built.

While Victoria enjoyed living there, especially when children were young, the family moved to London at a point and only visited the residence during the summers.

After Victoria died, on one has officially been in the house, altho this is far from truth. Augustine threw parties there during long summer nights, and did her fair share of enjoying various lovers. Arthur had hunting parties attend long weekends there every so often, especially in the winter. He spend some fun times with Selena as well, once they started dating. Aurora used the vast estate to perfect her driving and spend some time apart from everyone; and whenever she was caught up in some whirlwind romance, she’d venture to the Winterbrook. Agatha spend time there whenever she wished to get away from everyone, and go into hiding - Winterbrook was the perfect place to do whatever your heart desired.

For the party, and most of the summer, the house is occupied by the Wolf family. Thelonious, Rebekah, Arthur, Selena, Agatha, Gigi, and Aurora. Winny is staying with them too, as a guest of Thelonious. Zella is a guest of Gigi. Noemi stays at the Winterbrook, as well. The Hazelmoor House is a fairly newer home build on the other side of the lake from the Winterbrook, equally pretty, but much smaller, with six little cottages around it. Vita St.Clair stays at her Hazelmoor House, renting the rest of the cottages for the summer or inviting her friends to occupy them. Such is this summer - she spends most time with her friends, the Wolf family.

The Wisteria cottage is the furthest from the Hazelmoor House, and closest to the Winterbrook Estate. It’s the smallest of houses and normally not occupied. Right now, it’s rented by Calix Onasis.

The Ivy cottage, closest to the Hazelmoor house, is occupied by Vincent Ames, but the house is not a rental, rather a friendly offering by Vita.

The Daisy cottage, the most luxurious house, is rented by Thelonious for the purpose of housing Etienne.

The Rose cottage is where Godfrey is staying.

The Freesia cottage is rented for the summer by JJ, unwilling to spend the entire summer with his in-laws.
